According to the OGRA notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the revised rates are effective from 31 October to 2 November 2026.

| Fuel | Price (per litre) | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Petrol | Rs 377.91 | Unchanged |
| High-Speed Diesel | Rs 402.96 | + Rs 2.29 |
The diesel rate climbs from Rs 400.67 per litre, the rate set in the 30 October revision. The petrol rate is unchanged from the 30 October rate of Rs 377.91 per litre.
The change in price is necessitated by global events including changes in Platts rates, premiums and incidentals, OGRA said.
Under the revised framework approved by the federal cabinet, OGRA will publish updated fuel prices on its website daily to improve transparency.
The new pricing mechanism is based on a rolling seven-day average of international petroleum prices.
Pakistan switched to the daily pricing mechanism on 17 July 2026.
Consumers will watch the next OGRA notification for any further change in pump prices.
