This page follows the Punjab E-Bike Scheme Phase 2 from balloting to the last delivery. The Punjab government is giving 100,000 electric bikes to students in this phase. Registrations closed on 4 October 2026 with more than 1.3 million students signed up, so the winners are chosen by computerised balloting. Distribution is announced to begin on 5 November 2026. Every new development — the balloting date, the result lists and the district delivery schedule — will be added to this page on the day it is confirmed.

Where Things Stand
Applications are closed and no new registration is possible in Phase 2. The balloting date has not been officially announced yet, whatever some websites claim. The chief minister has announced that distribution starts on 5 November 2026. No district-by-district delivery schedule has been released so far, so no one can honestly tell a Faisalabad student the exact day his or her bike arrives.
How to Check Your Status
Open bikes.punjab.gov.pk and sign in with the CNIC and mobile number you applied with. Your application status appears in your account. Selected students are also informed by SMS, so keep the registered SIM active and beware of anyone who asks for money to confirm a selection — the process is free and no agent has any role in it.
After Selection
The bike is financed through the Bank of Punjab. The student pays no down payment and the monthly instalment is about Rs 3,028, with the government paying the markup. In this phase girls receive pink bikes and boys receive black bikes. Students who cannot ride are offered two days of free training.
