CPO Orders Enhanced Security at Faisalabad Churches

FAISALABAD: Faisalabad police have deployed additional personnel at all churches across the city and placed the force on full alert to ensure security during religious worship.

The deployment follows directions from City Police Officer Tanveer Hussain, who ordered effective measures to ensure the security of churches.

Senior police officers are remaining in the field themselves to check church security duties.

The force has been kept fully alert in view of the law and order situation.

Strict checking is under way through walk-through gates, metal detectors and Safe City cameras.

The CPO said Faisalabad police remain committed to protecting the rights and security of minorities at all times.

He said all resources are being used to ensure law and order during religious worship.
