The steady rate follows a volatile week for gold. The Sarafa rate had fallen from Rs435,436 per tola on October 21 to Rs422,036 on October 25, before climbing for two days this week.
Faisalabad follows the national Sarafa rate, so buyers in the city pay the same metal price as buyers in other cities. Jewellers may add making charges and the final bill can differ from shop to shop.
Rates are indicative and may vary slightly at local jewelers. Buyers should confirm the rate with their jeweller before making a purchase.
