ISLAMABAD: The petrol price in Pakistan today, 3 November 2026, stands at Rs 374.51 per litre, while high-speed diesel is priced at Rs 395.20 per litre across the country.
According to the OGRA press release issued on 2 November, the revised ex-depot prices take effect from 3 November 2026 under the petroleum products pricing mechanism issued by the federal government.
The petrol rate has been cut by Rs 3.40 per litre and the diesel rate by Rs 7.76 per litre.
| Fuel | Price (per litre) | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Petrol | Rs 374.51 | − Rs 3.40 |
| High-Speed Diesel | Rs 395.20 | − Rs 7.76 |
Petrol falls from Rs 377.91 per litre and diesel from Rs 402.96 per litre, the rates set in the previous revision effective from 31 October.
The change in price is necessitated by global events including changes in Platts rates, premiums and incidentals, OGRA said.
Under the revised framework approved by the federal cabinet, OGRA will publish updated fuel prices on its website daily to improve transparency.
The new pricing mechanism is based on a rolling seven-day average of international petroleum prices.
Pakistan switched to the daily pricing mechanism on 17 July 2026.
Consumers will watch the next OGRA notification for any further change in pump prices.
